Dion Carreira, founder of Israel Property Group, started his journey as a newcomer to Israel in 1996. Arriving from South Africa, he faced the daunting task of navigating Israeli bureaucracy without knowing Hebrew.
Inspired by his experiences, Dion focused his career on real estate, aiming to ease the transition for new immigrants. He established Israel Property Group to simplify the home-buying process and guide newcomers through Israel’s complex bureaucracy.

SHOSHI KAKHTAN GENTLY
Shoshi immigrated to Israel from England in 1995, setting her sights on aiding fellow immigrants to secure employment and establish themselves in their new country. During her tenure with a Jewish organization that conducted nationwide tours, Shushi discovered a growing passion for real estate.
Living in the central part of the country and leveraging her burgeoning network, she ventured into managing a short-term vacation rental, which quickly gained popularity. By 2007, Shushi had earned her license as a real estate agent. Through her years of experience, she has come to recognize the art of building relationships as her greatest strength.
She values the interpersonal connections formed through her work, understanding that while selling properties presents challenges, the lasting relationships forged are the true rewards of a successful real estate career.
